For more than twenty years Ron Williamson has worked with individual schools and districts to improve the quality of students’ educational experience. Focused on expanding and strengthening leadership capacity, he facilitates the work of school-based teams as they examine their current program, plan modifications, and implement improvements. Ron specializes in resolving complex scheduling issues, evaluating middle and high school programs, improving instructional leadership, and re-structuring middle and high school programs.
